Ndutu Safari Lodge was a great place to stay, even if for one evening.  Apparently in the rainy season, you can see a ton of wildlife.  We saw a bit less, but loved it's open atmosphere, not to mention the food.  See the Lodging section of the Tanzania galleries for more details on this great place.
