OK, it's not an animal, but it is the product of one- an elephant, to be specific.  They eat mostly plant material, and it passes through their body quite quickly.  Since they don't chew the cud, it doesn't digest all that well, as is obvious here.  This was taken at Wildlife Camp, about 20 feet (6m) outside our chalet.
